These Terms govern your use of our website www.TheAnnexWorkspace.com, as well as any related services, memberships, or products offered by The Annex Workspace (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

The Annex Workspace is a Missouri-based coworking community providing flexible workspace solutions, memberships, and amenities to individuals and businesses.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, reserve space, or enter into a membership agreement. By doing so, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

• All memberships and workspace bookings are subject to availability and payment in full prior to use.
• Recurring memberships automatically renew unless canceled according to your Membership Agreement.
• You authorize The Annex Workspace to process recurring payments via your selected payment method (credit card, ACH, or EFT).
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your Membership Agreement.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless required by law.

When using our website or workspaces, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post or transmit any harmful, unlawful, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt other members’ use of the workspace

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user or member who violates these terms.

All website content—including text, graphics, logos, designs, and photographs—is the property of The Annex Workspace and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material from our website without written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites for convenience (e.g., booking platforms, payment gateways, or social media).

If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
